Platform Overview
Welcome to our Help Center. This guide provides a comprehensive introduction to navigating and utilizing our platform effectively.
How it works
The procedure is very simple and straight. You create business, by filling up the form. All information provided on the form is meant to be shown on your website. What you give is you business name, your logo image, a paragraph containing information about your business, your policies (you can take help from any AI model of your choice for creating policies). You also provide a contact information, your FB, X (Twitter) and Instagram links to be shown on your website.
After saving the information, you are actually online and you can see your website by clicking "View Website"; but you have not selected any theme and not provided images to be shown on the banners; etc hence the site is not yet presentable. So, you go on, and click Select Theme in the menu; which shows you all themes. Each theme has many color modes so that you can select the one that suits you best. This mostly depends on the color you prefer and the banner images that you select.
Account Management
Creating an Account
To register, click the Sign Up button and complete the form with accurate personal details. A confirmation email will be sent to verify your account.
Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password on the login screen. Follow the instructions in the email to securely reset your credentials.
Order Management
Tracking Your Order
Visit the Orders section in your dashboard to view real-time updates on your purchase, including shipping status and estimated delivery.
Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order, navigate to your order history and click Cancel next to the relevant item. Please note that cancellations are subject to our policy.
